Hi I'm Susan Hill. And I'm on a hike with my two dogs and it's great. It's uh it's February 23rd 2020 and it's a beautiful day. It's almost fifty degrees and we are enjoying ourselves out here in the sunshine you know. Oh it's so great the fresh air free from WiFi and people and we're just being one with all that is in nature.


And we're experiencing ourselves as free beings. And I want to invite you to at your next opportunity to go out and have a walk and connect with nature and what you're going to find in nature is that you will through... breathing the clean air and feeling the presence of the trees and all of their infinite wisdom, how they're all connected. And how they are not in resistance to their environment and what's going on. They're just being.




You're gonna feel the same way. You're gonna connect in with the infinite wisdom within yourself and you're going to experience a level of peace and serenity and just real connection with your true nature. I want to invite you to take this next step for yourself. I'm telling you it is magnificent and wonderful and I am enjoying myself here today in this beautiful lush right now I'm in a field but I've walked I've hiked to the top of a particular trail I find myself here in a beautiful setting to speak with you all. I'm going to show you more of the woods as I walk along.


Today I actually found I found a Reishi mushroom. About Reishi mushroom from David Wolfe's Longevity Now book: "Reishi mushroom is one of the most important medicinal mushrooms that you can ever take." It's considered the queen of mushrooms. It has a long list of properties that are medicinal including, "it acts as a neuro-protective, improves and nourishes the immune system, lowers high blood pressure, alleviates anxiety, acts as an anti-viral, acts as an anti-fungal, helps to fight candida, and it helps to prevent cancer, it protects the heart, kidneys, lungs and liver, it fights radiation and it alleviates nausea. And you can get it right here in your back yard if you live in New England and other places as well. Ok so there we have it.We've got a walk in the woods now takeaways from this: I'd like you to start thinking about taking action on getting outside getting fresh air going out taking a walk in the woods and if you live in an urban area go into a park where there's trees and just breathe in the fresh air and touch the trees and touch the ground and get in there start to feel like you're connected to these plant beings and the earth and the air and you're gonna feel a million times better.
