Super YUMMY Cauli-Corn Bisque

If you want a creamy delish vegetable based soup that tastes a lot like clam chowder this is IT!

So easy to make:


1 small head of organic cauliflower

1 small Italian or red onion

2-3 stalks of organic celery

1 small yellow squash, sliced


2 ears of non-GMO corn (steam and slice kernels off ears)

1 can organic coconut cream or coconut almond creamer

2-3 TB organic coconut oil

1 TB sea salt

black pepper and cilantro (optional)


In 2 quart sauce pan boil 4 cups fresh spring water, add chopped cauliflower, onion, celery, yellow squash. Cook until tender.

Add all veggies including corn with water to Nutribullet.

Add coconut cream, coconut oil, salt and liquify.

Pour into bowl. Enjoy!
